Terms of Service

DISCLAIMERS

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason! Its not personal, and if your conduct may result in me refusing a commission from you, I'll let you know before that line is crossed.

At the completion of your commission, you will recieve a .png image that can be used NON-COMMERCIALLY for any purpose. You are allowed to crop, edit, use as icons, and post the image anywhere, as long as you provide credit with a link back to any of my social medias. If used as an icon, just an "icon by melon-arts" somewhere is acceptable. If you repost the image else where online, the signature must remain and credit is required.By default, I will provide WIP's of each piece when I complete the sketching phase! If a piece is colored, I also will provide a WIP when I begin coloring, to make sure all the values are correct. Comic pages will be provided multiple WIP's per page, due to all of the complex parts.All finished pieces will be posted on my tumblr, on my furaffinity, twitter, dA or a combination thereof upon completion by default. If you would like it to be a private commission, please specify when you order! It won't be any extra charge, but I do need to know upfront. I will keep a copy of the digital file for my personal portfolio, but it will be kept private if requested.

WILL NOT DRAW

-Underage characters, including "aged up" versions of those characters, in NSFW situations
-Human/Pokemon pairings in a romantic or NSFW sense
-Racist/Homophobic/Transphobic/Generally bigoted content
-Anything that "squicks" me out too much to draw (I'll let you know, but for the most part you should be good if its not the above)

REFUNDS

I will offer refunds on any piece I HAVE NOT STARTED. Once I start the piece, I can issue a partial refund for the down payment. Once the commission is completed, refunds are no longer available.

I will not draw ANY NSFW content for a commissioner under the age of 18. If I find out that you are a minor and have contacted me for a NSFW commission, I will block you and you will not recieve any further work from me.

PAYMENT

All payments will be made through paypall invoice, or through cashapp! Alternate forms of payment may include purchasing something off of my household amazon wishlist. I am not accepting barters or trades at this time.For orders $10 and under, payment is required upfront. For all orders over $10, a down payment of the first $10 is required before work will start, and the rest will be required upon completion before you receive the final piece.

Add-Ons

+$5 extra character
+$5 Each extra expression, pose or outfit (Ref Sheets)
+$10 Detailed Backgrounds (standard)
+$10 NSFW/Gore Fee (Reference TOS for restrictions)
+$15 Detailed backgrounds (COMIC ONLY)

＊Ref Sheets will include: front perspective, back perspective, and two expressions. The sheet will be on a simple, flat-color background. Additional poses/expressions/outfits can be purchased as an add-on＊＊ Each comic comes with flat color and simple backgrounds as a default, and you will be required to give a simple script for the comic before I accept your order. You will be provided a sketch script of your comic to approve before lineart is cleaned up and the comic is colored. NO MAJOR EDITS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS POINT. Minor edits such as color tweaking/word changes are okay.
